James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 is Coming to Rocket League

If you’ve ever seen a James Bond movie you’ve most likely noticed that fancy and famous car he often drives, the Aston Martin DB5. It’s iconic in James Bond films and appears in many of them. It has an older and classy look that Aston Martin cars have. It is actually one of my favorite cars and looks incredible. So incredible, that Rocket League is adding it to their line up of cars.

Now, like any Aston Martin it isn’t cheap. Rocket League is asking 1100 credits for the car. Which is around $10 in real money. A bit pricy for a cosmetic item, but of course it’s a classy statement car so I’m not surprised. It will also come with a “one-of-a-kind Engine Audio” that will be the DB5’s authentic engine sounds. Check out the trailer, it’s a great looking ride to smash soccer balls with in the Rocket League Arenas.

This deal with MGM will also be bringing more of the famous James Bond cars to Rocket League this year. With the new James Bond movie No Time to Die coming out soon we can assume this is to hype that up and start some collaboration between the brands. Does this mean the DB5 will be making some big appearances in the movie? Hopefully!

The Octane is a popular option in Rocket League and players like the way it works. If you are one of those players we’ve got some good news, the DB5 uses the Octane hitbox. You won’t have any trouble transitioning. If you’ve got some spare cash and are a big Rocket League fan, check out the new car now! Just released today in the shop for players to get their hands on.
