Halo Infinite Offical Launch Trailer Looks Epic & Brings New Enemy

Halo Reach was about the time I stopped playing the series as much. The games after that just didn’t give me the same Halo vibes I grew up loving. It felt too different as the stories went on. When the Halo Infinite multiplayer dropped early this month I figured I would give it a shot since it looked similar to the Halo I knew and loved. I definitely haven’t been disappointed.

With my faith in Halo restored I was really hoping the campaign would bring on some of those old fights. Man, if you haven’t seen this new trailer yet give it a watch. It looks amazing. From the big maps to the crazy gunplay, this is the Halo so many of us loved. Jumping out of ships with a rocket launcher and entering a crazy battle just looks like so much fun in this.

The story looks pretty interesting. Seems like we will get to take on some interesting characters throughout the campaign. Also, the red energy sword at the end?? That thing looks sick.

I’ve been impressed with how well the game is fixing things that fans have noticed and requested regarding the multpilayer and battle pass issues. I hope that this attention to detail and really delivering what fans are looking for is seen in the campaign as well. I believe that they will deliever on this. Sure, the multiplayer is what will be a moneymaker with cosmetics and battle passes, but I still have hope they will put the effort into the campaign to deliver an outstanding experience.

The synopsis of the new campaign:

When all hope is lost and humanity’s fate hangs in the balance, the Master Chief is ready to confront the most ruthless foe he’s ever faced. Step inside the armor of humanity’s greatest hero to experience an epic adventure and explore the vast reaches of Zeta Halo, from stunning heights to mysterious depths below the ring. Rescue UNSC marines to gain reinforcements in your fight against a fearsome enemy known as “the Banished.” Enjoy true Spartan freedom in the biggest, most wide open and adventure-filled Halo experience yet.
